Our NEW WINTER SCHEDULE will take effect on 1/6, and will be posted on the website that week.

Good Monday Morning Yogis and Yoginis!!!
This week we will usher in the shortest day of the year, 12/21, with our Mandala Namaskar practice, with the anticipation of light bringing us out of the dark, as the days get longer, and we approach spring into more light. This practice is both rejuvenating and invigorating. Our Sanskrit focus is “Prasada”, or a state of grace and mental acuity considered a gift from Universal Source. Our mudra is “Vajrapradama” or “unshakeable trust”. We have a full week of classes planned just for you, so come see us on the mat for a respite during this frenetic time of year.—Namaste’, Deb
