Triple ‘R’ Week-Restore, Renew, Relax!!!

Greetings from YFL!!! As most of you know, I had to fly through a hurricane last week with my health!!! Thankfully, today, I can finally say that I have made it through the storm, and feel much better. I am grateful for your well wishes, understanding my absence, and healing light energy sent my way!!! If you showed up for class, but there was no class, just mention it to me, and I am happy to give you a free class!!! It will be so good to be back on the mat tomorrow!!!

This is Triple ‘R’ week, which means we will restore, renew, and relax with deep, supported asanas!!! Our Sanskrit focus is ‘Dhyana’ , or maintaining a focus. Our mudra (hand gesture) us the ‘Self-Confidence’ or ‘Performance’ mudra. It promotes and supports self-confidence, self-assurance, and self-awareness.

Yin will focus on ‘Good Digestion’, which Yes is a repeat from last week, since I was unable to offer these classes.

Meditation will focus on ‘Self-Confidence’, and may be contemplated while listening to James Hood’s CD ‘Imaginary’. The selection for this week is ‘Friend’.

Jan’s Qigong Workshop is next Saturday, from 1-2:30 p.m. @ $20. Fifteen of that may be applied to one of her Monday evening classes @ YFL!!!

Deb’s ‘Great Yoga Adventure” is on Sunday, 6/30, from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. @ The Bowery & Craft Beers Restaurant in Fullerton!!! Only a few spaces remain available!!! $10 for Yoga, $10 + for food & drink!!!
