Greetings from YFL!!!  Happy Monday morning!!! It is time to stay connected to the “Present Moment” as our physical practice allows us to restore, renew, and relax!!! Yes, it is restorative week!!! Please continue your “30 day Core Challenge” at home. The instructions for the four asana poses are on my 7/25 blog. As we renew and restore this week, our Sanskrit focus is “Dhanya Vad”, or “I feel grateful”. Our mudra focus is the classic meditation mudra, or “Dhyani” for evoking a state of contemplation. Our meditation focus is to “Relax into Greatness”, and your meditation music is “One Moment” by Ann Sweeten. “Each day we are born again. What we do today is most important”.—-Buddha
