Greetings Yogis and Yoginis!!!  Watch for the April newsletter on your email desk tomorrow around 10:00 a.m., no foolin’!!!  This week at YFL we will be focusing on weight-bearing through traditional hatha yoga postures, and the use of hand weights. Our emphasis will be on sculpting, toning, and strengthening. This week’s Sanskrit focus is “Nabhi”, which is our navel center, and the seat of our physical well-being. Our hand mudra is “Surya”, and draws on Universal energy to re-energize us, and to promote creativity. Come and join us on the mat!!! We can’t wait to see you!!!—Namaste’, Debphoto-440

    I am, as always, looking forward to being on the mat this week! And I wanted to comment on your
    April newsletter, as I thought the article on meditation was excellent, and I am ready to sign up
    for another series of meditation classes…I think this will be my 4th or 5th time, and I always
    gain a deeper experience with each series of classes! Thank you, Deb!
