Back to Basics: The “Three R’s”—Restore, Renew, and Relax!!!

Greetings from YFL!!! Last we worked hard with weight bearing, so this week we tone it down with a deeply restorative practice. It is quiet, contemplative, and very slow paced. It will renew and relax the mind, body, and spirit, but still provide deep stretching and release of stress. Our Sanskrit focus is “Samadhi”, or “Pure Contemplation”, and is supported by the hand gesture , or mudra, Pushan, for letting go, cleansing, and purifying. The meditation focus is “REST”, and may be focused upon, while listening to Kiran Murti’s “Divine Imagination”.
