“Weight” for the New Year!!!

Greetings from YFL, and Happy New Year!!! We will begin this year of 2018 with “Weight”-Bearing!!! A great way to lift your energy level, empower your body, and increase your stamina!!! Our Sanskrit focus is “Dhanya Vad”, or the expression of thanks and gratitude for all of our loyal supporters of YFL, and its teachings!!! The hand gesture (mudra) focus is for our “contemplative”, or “mediative” nature, and is called the Dhanya. It helps us to remain centered, and connected to our breath and body. Our meditation focus is “Gratitude”, as we give thanks for yet another year of coming together on the mat!!! The meditation music for this week is Classical Piano for Yoga, and its “Butterfly Waltz”.

The new Winter Schedule will posted on the website by the end of this week!!! Please help me in welcoming our newest instructor, Nicole!!!
