Challenge

photo-403   Have a great weekend yogis and yoginis!!! We began the 3-minute plank challenge this week at 30 seconds. Next week will move on to 45 seconds, and Deb will be offering a unique class “Yoga at the Wall”. I know, I know, Leslie teaches from this perspective all the time, but it is new for me!!!
