This week’s physical practice is ‘Classic Hatha’, and will emphasize Vinyasa + Power!!! Our Sanskrit focus is ‘Pralaya’, or a period of rest and repose, a phase of passivity. The weekly mudra (hand gesture) is the ‘Annapurna’, which strengthens and fulfills the heart, and honors the goddess of food and harvest. Our meditation focus is ‘Gratitude’, and may be contemplated while listening to Heenem Bhakti’s ‘Sacred Earth’. This week’s Yin practice will serve to balance the ‘Throat Chakra’. This week’s virtual class will also feature ‘Classic Hatha’.
