Wall Resistance Week!!!

Greetings Yogis and Yoginis!!! It is blazing hot outside, so come in to the studio for a cool, refreshing practice at the WALL!!! It is time to resist, tone, strengthen, and gain power using the wall as our prop of resistance!!! Our Sanskrit focus is KARUNA, or the practice of compassion for self, and others in our community and beyond. Our hand gesture, or mudra, is the PRAN, and this promotes brain balance, grounding, vitality, and confidence. Our meditation focus is set to Ann Sweeten’s “One Moment”. This week let our focus center on “COMPASSION”.

Due to a new HVAC installation, the studio will be CLOSED this coming Saturday, 6/24/17. Normal class schedule will begin on Monday, 6/26. The new Summer Schedule has been posted, which is effectively the same as our Spring Schedule!!! The next 5-week Meditation I course will begin on July 11th, please call, email, or drop-in for registration.
