Weight Bearing: A New Spin

Greetings Yogis and Yoginis!!!  Happy September!!! Our new Fall schedule will begin on 9/22, and will feature two new instructors. Stay tuned for details later this month!!!

This week we return to weight-bearing, and Deb will lead you through a new Vinyasa flow with this emphasis.

Our Sanskrit focus is “Vedohum”: I am pure knowledge.  Our weekly mudra is the classic “Dhyani”, or the gesture of contemplation and meditation.

The 3rd free Kirtan will be on 9/21 @ 3 p.m., and will feature Jai Hanuman.
