Greetings from YFL!!! I would like to send out a great big THANK YOU to Sandi Kimmel for a wonderfully, EnCHANTing Kirtan Workshop this past Saturday!!! We all learned so much, and shared so much positive healing energy through sound vibration!!! It was beautiful, and we look forward to Sandi returning to YFL often!!!

A reminder that in observance of the Memorial Holiday weekend that YFL will BE CLOSED on 5/27 and 5/29. Normal class schedule will resume on Tuesday, 5/30. Have a safe and enjoyable holiday with your friends and family!!!

This week at YFL we will practice Classic Hatha with an emphasis on Flow and Power!!! Our Sanskrit focus is “Prasada”, or to sit in a state of “grace”, and our Mudra is the “Har” hand gesture that we learned from Sandi. It is coupled with sound for promoting the gift of abundance in our lives from Universal Source. Our meditation focus is “Light”, and is accompanied by Michael Hoppe’s beautiful song, Silence of Stars.

Deb’s next four week Intro to Yoga class will begin on Tuesday, June 6th @ 7:30 p.m. Registration is currently open, and the cost is $40.
