Yes, it is time for “Wall” yoga once again, as we utilize the wall as a prop of resistance creating a force for deeper use of the muscles through the asana practice. Monday of this week begins our NEW FALL SCHEDULE, which is posted on the website. Please note our new classes with Sophie, Samantha, and Jen!!!
This week’s mudra focus is the “Vajrapradama” gesture for evoking “unshakeable trust”, and our Sanskrit focus is “Rama”, which means pleasing or delightful.
Our meditation focus is ambient sound: trees rustling, wind blowing, music, children laughing, or whatever the environment sends your way. Focus on the vibrational sounds around you.
