Our mudra focus will help us tap into our energy reserves, and develop more as we practice. It is the “VITALITY” hand gesture, or “Get a Move On” mudra. It helps us concentrate  energy for overcoming acute and chronic tiredness. This mudra will also be accompanied with breath work, movement, and visualization!!!
